Hm, I can't really call this a bento, I guess, seeing as how it's technically Mexican inspired. Well, it's food nonetheless. And I make food.
This is an omelette stuffed with ground beef and Spanish rice. It's served on refried beans with tortillia chips, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and salsa verde.
