Because ANYTHING can be made into a bento, my friends. Anything.
Top tier has mashed potatoes, carrots, lettuce, and gravy. Bottom tier has green bean casserole, stuffing (molded in an onigirl mold), turkey, and cranberries. Pretty traditional, ne? Mashed potatoes and stuffing were homemade. I cheated on the green bean casserole and used canned green beans. >.> Oh, and the little cup thingy on the side has apple juice with cranberries in it. They float. ^-^
It's not bad. It's basically like eating leftovers or a box lunch at school. Usually a bento is packed in an insulated case so that it's still warm for lunch.

Depends on how much I have to make from scratch. Maybe half an hour if it's all leftovers. I took about three hours on one because I made everything from scratch.

They say "simple things please simple minds". But surely you must have a great mind to see the beauty in something simple?
But yeah, if you let it sit out, the whole thing gets cold. D:
