Making whipped cream is quite possibly the easiest thing about baking, plus it's great to brag to all your friends that you made the whipped cream yourself. For normal whipped cream, the proportions are basically
2 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 c. Sugar
You can add pretty much anything you want (chocolate syrup, fruit juice, even jell-o powder) to change the flavor of the whipped cream.
